Co-founder Tom is a seasoned geologist with 17 years of experience specialising in the discovery and development of primary helium projects across North America, Africa, and Europe. He has pioneered helium exploration methodologies, coauthoring several influential publications, including "The Principles of Helium Exploration." Tom is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Geological Society of London (FSL), and the Society for Economic Geologists (FSEG).

Neil brings over 30 years of finance experience, with a notable track record in advancing natural resource companies to development or acquisition, both as an executive and an investor. As Finance Director of the start-up uranium company UraMin Inc., he played a key role in raising approximately US$400 million in equity and facilitating its US$2.5 billion sale in 2007. His past and present directorships include Pasofino Gold Ltd, Polo Resources Limited, Helium One Global Ltd, and Atlantic Lithium Ltd. Neil is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Doris is an experienced mining industry professional having held directorship positions with several mineral exploration companies trading on the AIM, TSX and TSX Venture stock exchanges. She founded Golden Oak, which provides publicly traded mineral exploration companies with administrative, financial reporting and corporate compliance services. She is also a director of several publicly listed exploration companies including Sun Peak Metals Corp, Azarga Metals Corp and North Shore Uranium Ltd. Doris is a past member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

Jón is a seasoned geologist with over three decades of experience in the oil, gas, and mining sectors. His extensive international career spans technical, commercial, and various managerial and leadership roles. Formerly the CEO of Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited, Jón has also held positions at blue-chip companies such as Anglo American plc, Maersk Oil, ConocoPhillips, Paladin Resources plc, and Petro-Canada/Suncor. He holds an MSc in Mineral Exploration from the Royal School of Mines.

Stu is a financial services professional with over 35 years of experience in the natural resources sector, spanning investment, fundraising, and board responsibilities. He is on the Boards of Lake Resources N.L., Todd River Resources Ltd., non-executive director of Atlantic Lithium Ltd., and chairman of Ricca Resources Ltd, which have projects across Australia, Africa, and South America.

Dan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Dan is the President of Golden Oak and he is also CFO for a number of private and publicly listed exploration companies trading on the TSXV. Dan was previously a senior manager at a leading Canadian accounting firm where he specialized in the audit of public companies in the mining and resource sector.

Brice is an experienced finance professional and co-founder of ABCapital, a multi-family office and alternative asset manager based in Amsterdam. In early 2024, after completing a private placement in Pulsar, he joined the company's board to support the management team with his capital markets expertise. Brice also serves on the boards of SkyNRG, a global leader in sustainable aviation fuel distribution and production, and Splitser, one of Europe's leading group financial management apps with over four million users.

Michael has over 17 years of project management experience across technical, operational, and leadership roles in the oil and gas industry. During his career, Michael has worked for ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, SM Energy, BG Group, and Armour Energy. He has worked in clastic and carbonate fields in Southwest Louisiana and West Texas; unconventional shale plays in the Eagleford Shale and Barnett Shale; coal seam gas in New Mexico, Colorado, and Australia; and conventional and tight sandstone in the Bowen Basin of Australia. Notably, Michael has directed and implemented a US$300 million-dollar development budget for an independent operator in the United States; developed and implemented to commissioning a multi-million US-dollar field development project for a major integrated operator in Australia; and planned and supervised numerous vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling programs.

Josh is a geologist and leading figure in the development of new primary helium plays globally. He is a co-founder and Technical Manager of Pulsar Helium Inc. In 2013, he recognized the helium potential in Tanzania, and was a Co-founder of Helium One Global Ltd. He has extensive technical experience in resource exploration in Australia and sub-Saharan Africa, combining geology, geophysics, and geochemistry. Bluett is an internationally recognized expert in helium exploration and has been interviewed and quoted in major media publications. In 2016, Bluett played a key role in establishing one of the first large primary helium resources globally, within the Rukwa Basin of Tanzania. Prior to his work with Pulsar and Helium One, he held senior geologist roles in petroleum and base metal exploration in Australia, the USA, and Uganda, including at Armour Energy, where he was involved in the early definition of some of the largest unconventional hydrocarbon plays in Australia. Bluett holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geoscience) from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and has co-authored numerous academic publications on helium geochemistry and exploration.

Founder of multiple businesses including the 'Illustrated World Series' a pioneering eSports platform dedicated to competitive creativity. Experienced building digital IPs he has secured a number of high-profile partnerships with global brands including Samsung, Red Bull, Warner Brothers Discovery and Twitch. His strategic insight and a natural propensity for innovative thinking brings value and fresh perspective.

Ben is a member of the British Columbia Paralegal Association. Ben is the Vice-President of Golden Oak. Ben has over 12 years of experience in the industry and acts as Corporate Secretary for a number of private and publicly listed mineral exploration companies trading on the TSXV. He has completed the Legal Administrative Assistant and Paralegal programs at the University of the Fraser Valley with distinction.
