Co-founder Tom is a seasoned geologist with 17 years of experience specialising in the discovery and development of primary helium projects across North America, Africa, and Europe. He has pioneered helium exploration methodologies, coauthoring several influential publications, including "The Principles of Helium Exploration." Tom is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Geological Society of London (FSL), and the Society for Economic Geologists (FSEG).

Neil brings over 30 years of finance experience, with a notable track record in advancing natural resource companies to development or acquisition, both as an executive and an investor. As Finance Director of the start-up uranium company UraMin Inc., he played a key role in raising approximately US$400 million in equity and facilitating its US$2.5 billion sale in 2007. His past and present directorships include Pasofino Gold Ltd, Polo Resources Limited, Helium One Global Ltd, and Atlantic Lithium Ltd. Neil is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Doris is an experienced mining industry professional having held directorship positions with several mineral exploration companies trading on the AIM, TSX and TSX Venture stock exchanges. She founded Golden Oak, which provides publicly traded mineral exploration companies with administrative, financial reporting and corporate compliance services. She is also a director of several publicly listed exploration companies including Sun Peak Metals Corp, Azarga Metals Corp and North Shore Uranium Ltd. Doris is a past member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

Dan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Dan is the President of Golden Oak and he is also CFO for a number of private and publicly listed exploration companies trading on the TSXV. Dan was previously a senior manager at a leading Canadian accounting firm where he specialized in the audit of public companies in the mining and resource sector.

Jón is a seasoned geologist with over three decades of experience in the oil, gas, and mining sectors. His extensive international career spans technical, commercial, and various managerial and leadership roles. Formerly the CEO of Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited, Jón has also held positions at blue-chip companies such as Anglo American plc, Maersk Oil, ConocoPhillips, Paladin Resources plc, and Petro-Canada/Suncor. He holds an MSc in Mineral Exploration from the Royal School of Mines.

Brice is an experienced finance professional and co-founder of ABCapital, a multi-family office and alternative asset manager based in Amsterdam. In early 2024, after completing a private placement in Pulsar, he joined the company's board to support the management team with his capital markets expertise. Brice also serves on the boards of SkyNRG, a global leader in sustainable aviation fuel distribution and production, and Splitser, one of Europe's leading group financial management apps with over four million users.

Brad has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry encompassing drilling, completion, production, and reservoir engineering before transitioning to the helium industry.
Brad began his career in 1999 which includes positions at Marathon Oil, EOG Resources, Devon Energy, and Enerquest Oil & Gas. He has overseen engineering activities across multiple basins and has been responsible for improvements on almost every major play in the United States. He was instrumental in changing the operational design of programs, improving production and economic results, and bringing forward new plays. He has experience as a Reserves and Capital Budget Coordinator for companies. Brad has also done extensive research on reservoir rock & fluids interactions and the damage that could result from improper fluid chemistry. He is a leader in traditional and viscoelastic fluids testing and has extensive experience in reservoir analysis.
Brad holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma and a published co-author on papers regarding integrated reservoir characterization and viscoelastic fluid testing methods.

Nick is Chief Geologist with Pulsar Helium and is a tenured Professor of Igneous and Petroleum Geology at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Nick is a distinguished applied geologist specializing in understanding hard rock geology in the subsurface in non-hydrocarbon and hydrocarbon-bearing systems using a range of field, well and geophysical techniques. He is recognized for his expertise in having aided the energy industry in understanding complex igneous geology in the subsurface globally. He gained his undergraduate degree in Geology from the University of Edinburgh, before undertaking a PhD at the University of Birmingham.

Steve Campbell is a seasoned energy executive with over 40 years of leadership experience spanning conventional and unconventional oil and gas operations across North America. He has held key operational and executive roles at companies including Chesapeake Energy, EOG Resources, and TG Natural Resources. He has directed the drilling and completion of more than 3,500 wells, led multi-basin operations, and guided multiple acquisitions and divestitures. Known for his technical expertise in drilling, completions, production, and facilities, Steve is recognized for driving cost reductions, operational efficiency, and innovation. A proven leader who builds strong, high-performing teams, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Marc has 10+ years experience using ground-breaking technology, product digitalisation, marketing as well as IP strategies to drive revenue growth for ambitious start-ups. Founder of multiple businesses including the 'Illustrated World Series' a pioneering eSports platform dedicated to competitive creativity. Experienced building digital IPs he has secured a number of high-profile partnerships with global brands including Samsung, Red Bull, Warner Brothers Discovery and Twitch. His strategic insight and a natural propensity for innovative thinking brings value and fresh perspective.

Ben is a member of the British Columbia Paralegal Association. Ben is the Vice-President of Golden Oak. Ben has over 12 years of experience in the industry and acts as Corporate Secretary for a number of private and publicly listed mineral exploration companies trading on the TSXV. He has completed the Legal Administrative Assistant and Paralegal programs at the University of the Fraser Valley with distinction.
