Cliff is a leading industrial-gas executive and one of the helium market’s most recognized authorities, with over 15 years of global experience across helium, CO₂, hydrogen, and specialty gas supply chains. He joins Pulsar after founding and scaling Edelgas Group, an international advisory firm known for shaping upstream helium development, market pricing transparency, and procurement strategies. Cain has overseen more than $100 million in executed gas supply and offtake agreements and has advised agencies including the U.S. EPA, GSA, USTDA, Office of Foreign Direct Investment, U.S. Commercial Services and several foreign governments. He played a central strategic role in supporting national helium reserve evaluations and co-developed proprietary helium pricing indices that have become a benchmark for market transparency.
